From the first phone call to the final sale was nothing but perfect! My salesperson, Oliver Jones, (to whom I spoke on the phone) was not only a model for a salesperson, but a model for the company. He was organized, attentive, genuinely friendly, went the extra mile for me, and knowledgeable.
