Super Great Experience So me and my Husband came over to Reliable Chevrolet to take a look at a new Silverado and we were greeted by Oliver Jones. He showed us around and wa So me and my Husband came over to Reliable Chevrolet to take a look at a new Silverado and we were greeted by Oliver Jones. He showed us around and was not in a hurry or pushy. Took his time to learn are needs and what we wanted. Then he pulled up a 2019 Chevy truck a Trail Boss and it was perfect had a few hiccups with it after wards but him and his management team made everything perfect. Customer satisfaction at it's finest! Oliver Jones was amazing to work with! He listened to all my requests and went above and beyond to make sure that I was content with my decision. After reviewing all my options I was given time and space. I did not feel pressured by Oliver which I greatly appreciate and ultimately what made me come to my final decision. A vehicle could be purchased anywhere but good customer service is hard to come across. I value my interactions above all else. First impressions and approach is important and I felt immediately at ease with Oliver. I love my little car and know I made the right decision by purchasing it from Reliable and Oliver.
