We knew exactly what we wanted, but we My husband and I were in need of an SUV for our family of 3. Trips to Costco were becoming a bit too crowded... We knew exactly what we wanted, but were unsure of the logistics. We were greeted by Oliver Jones. His approach was surprisingly refreshing. Laid back but extremely knowledgeable. We immediately noticed how he did not forcefully push a sale, but more so let US guide HIM to what we were looking for. If we were unsure or needed additional information, he always knew the answer! Staff helped us tremendously reach our goal of owning our new vehicle. As young adults, we usually find ourselves unsure of so many things. Although we were unknowledgeable in many aspects, we were not looked as foolish with all our questions but rather customers with a goal of leaving that lot with what we wanted. We received a tour of additional areas and the whole process lasted 5 hours. Oliver even showed us how to use all the gadgets in the SUV! I highly recommend this dealership! They care about their customers and not just a sale. Oliver was amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience! More
