From the first phone cal I recently bought a brand new 2019 Chevy Cruze from Reliable Chevrolet. I cannot say enough great things about my experience! From the first phone call to the final sale was nothing but perfect! My salesperson, Oliver Jones, (to whom I spoke on the phone) was not only a model for a salesperson, but a model for the company. He was organized, attentive, genuinely friendly, went the extra mile for me, and knowledgeable. He is the reason why I felt comfortable buying a brand new vehicle and eased my nerves about the whole process. The finance team, Cindy, was friendly, straightforward, and went above and beyond. She took a little extra time getting me the best rate and the best monthly payment possible. I am incredibly grateful for this team! I will be purchasing from Reliable Chevrolet in the future! Completely satisfied and confident in my purchase! Highly recommend! More
