An oil change that was supposed to take an hour turned into more than 5 hours of waiting without any warning. When I saw that it was a long time, after two hours I went to ask what was happening and they into more than 5 hours of waiting without any warning. The worst part was that they didn't even have water in the vending machines. I've been to other dealerships and they always have water to give you. More
