While the saleswoman and manager were friendly it was very difficult to negotiate the price of the car. At times I was ready to walk out because I was frustrated by the responses that were given to when very difficult to negotiate the price of the car. At times I was ready to walk out because I was frustrated by the responses that were given to when I showed the salespeople the True Car certificate prices from other Toyota dealerships. I didn't and I still don't feel the amount of haggling should have been necessary during an advertised clearance event. While waiting to take delivery of my new car I could not help but over hear other customers who were with other salesmen and seemed to be going through the same hassle. More
