Excellent service BUT, V-E-R-Y, V-E-R-Y, V-E-R-Y……………. S—L—O—W!!!!!! 3 Hour wait for an oil change! I was also told I would receive a $165.00 future service credit due to previous repair for tail gate S—L—O—W!!!!!! 3 Hour wait for an oil change! I was also told I would receive a $165.00 future service credit due to previous repair for tail gate rattling that was unsuccessful BUT, I did not receive any confirmation on that, other than the service advisor’s word, SO who knows?!?!? More

I was having a part replaced which was still under the warranty. The service department was very friendly. They asked me what I was there for and I gave them the report I received from a recent visit. Thi warranty. The service department was very friendly.
