From the beginning my car had and has problems with the engine fans, it turns on a lot, at first they tried to help, then they left me like that because they already sold it to me. It consumes a lot of fue engine fans, it turns on a lot, at first they tried to help, then they left me like that because they already sold it to me. It consumes a lot of fuel so I think it's not fair that I pay for something I'm not happy with. With engine calibration or computer programming the problem was solved but they didn't want to.👍🏻 More

I was missing a signature and I went to the dealership and Ordel and the manager told me that they did not have anything in the PC (nobody call me from the dealership) After 5 phone calls I receive a vis and Ordel and the manager told me that they did not have anything in the PC (nobody call me from the dealership) After 5 phone calls I receive a visit from Odel in my home because I was realty missing a signature but nobody told him in the dealership That why Ordel has 5 over 5 and the dealership 3 over 5 More

The buying experience was very good. My sales rep was a total professional. Finance and insurance reps were on their games as well. However, I am upset that my new car is already in My sales rep was a total professional. Finance and insurance reps were on their games as well. However, I am upset that my new car is already in for service after just 6 days of ownership and only 200 miles. Power window won't roll up! I was told that I would not have my new vehicle back for at least 1 week. I know these things happen. I appreciate the loaner and the professionalism of the service staff, but not being able to drive my brand new car puts a damper on an otherwise pleasant experience. PS - was I supposed to get a welcome kit? More
