Easy and thorough, wish there was a phone charging station since I was left without a vehicle and no lenders available. Also eta was not provided when I booked on the website, I called and the individ station since I was left without a vehicle and no lenders available. When I arrived the individual did not have an ETA and told me I would possibly have to wait until tomorrow. I did not have to wait until tomorrow and everything worked out well. More
