The First come first serve policy is awful. After submitting a buyers order and waiting for my bank to produce a check the car I have been speaking with sales associate, Oscar, was sold. The buying process was initiated and was coming in after the weekend to review vehicle and hand over check. The “no financing hassle” is a joke. Like he said on the phone, he sells 40 cars a month, so be prepared to be just another number or just another Sale. There is no working with customers and will sell the car you are interested in right from underneath you. Extremely disappointed, I had high hopes that this car dealership was going to be different than the rest. More
