I recently purchased a used truck from Hyundai of Columbia, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I foolishly ignored my gut feeling and proceeded with the purchase. Unfortunately, the Columbia, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I foolishly ignored my gut feeling and proceeded with the purchase. Unfortunately, the truck I received had severe overheating issues, which were not disclosed to me before the sale. After taking the truck to a mechanic for an inspection, I was told that it needed over $7,000 worth of repairs just to make it roadworthy. The engine was in terrible shape, and it was clear that the previous owner had not taken care of it properly. I felt cheated and taken advantage of, as if the dealership had sold me a ticking time bomb that was destined to fail. To make matters worse, the dealership was uncooperative and dismissive when I tried to bring the issue to their attention. They refused to take responsibility for the poor condition of the truck and were not interested in helping me find a solution. It was clear that their only concern was making a quick sale, regardless of the consequences for the customer. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with Hyundai of Columbia. Their lack of transparency and poor customer service make them a dishonest and unreliable dealer that should be avoided at all costs. My experience with them was a cautionary tale of what can happen when you don't do your due diligence and trust the wrong people. More
