Easy and speedy car buying experience with Oscar Cantarero. I sent an email to get information on the Ioniq 6 and Oscar reached out and provided the answers to my questions. I was so impressed on how quickly he and his manager Curtis responded to all of my quest Oscar reached out and provided the answers to my questions. I was so impressed on how quickly he and his manager Curtis responded to all of my questions that I made an appointment the same day. I arrived early and Oscar was with another customer. He apologized but I understood and waited while he finished up with his customer. Once he was done he gave me the keys and let me and my wife do our thing and wasn't pushy to get a sale. He and Curtis offered us water and even got my wife a Starbucks but never pressured us to decide. Once we got inside to negotiate Curtis gave us the up front pricing. I managed to have him remove the LoJack and he didn't question it. After that I told him my price and my down payment and we ended up $20 different but since he didn't try to force the LoJack I gave in. 15 minutes later we're in the finance office with Jason and it was a blast talking with him while signing the paperwork. After I spent time with Oscar while he showed me how to charge the car and set up the phone in the car. Couldn't have asked for better service. More
