The Brown's management reached out immediately to get a full understanding of what happened and offered their sincere apology for my bad experience and inconvenience. I understand that some of this has to do with the current state of the economy which is beyond their control but I believe they are taking steps to improve the issues that they can control. Their genuine interest in correcting this shortcoming is the reason I will be returning to Brown's for my next service with high hopes that my experience will be much better. I was in for another oil change (free with a $30k purchase). I called ahead because the last few times I have been in I have waited 2 hrs so I wanted a loaner because I didnt have 2 hrs to spend. Anywhere else I can get one done in 30 min. And this is why we make appointments right? I was told they had no loaner but Carlos guaranteed they would take my car right back and get it done right away. When I got there I was told it would be 1.5 hrs. I informed them that Carlos promised to do it right away. I was told Carlos went home sick. Oh...they took my car right back alright! And I waited 1.5 hours. I have been servicing my vehicles at this dealership since 2002. Time to find a new dealership!! More
