IVAN The Sales Manager and Oscar Service Rep. provided me with a Loner vehicle on the second day of diagnostics and maintenance as it took longer than everyone expected. They were very accommoda provided me with a Loner vehicle on the second day of diagnostics and maintenance as it took longer than everyone expected. They were very accommodating and met my need to have a vehicle and met every need I had to service my 2025 Equinox ACTIV. The part needed was backordered but they found it locally and had me up and running that day. I picked up my car and was treated as a Valued Customer. Can't beat that type of Excellent Service. Oscar is a great service advisor at this location, would recommend him. I didn't purchase my vehicle from this location, but they still took care of me. I went to Bomnin for my “first maintenance visit. ” Oscar was able to schedule it within 2 days of my asking. They did the oil, oil filter, etc but also checked the software/ infotainment.
