Absolutely ridiculous how long it took for them to work on my truck. I called them because it wouldn’t start. They stated there would be a week wait before they could look at it. After the week passed they on my truck. I called them because it wouldn’t start. They stated there would be a week wait before they could look at it. After the week passed they still hadn’t moved the truck to actually investigate what was wrong. They claimed they couldn’t move the vehicle and didn’t have dollies or anything to move it with. Ultimately had to contact the area rep to get them to actually work on the vehicle. The work seems fine, I guess. But I was without my vehicle for almost 3 weeks and there was no offer of a loaner.
