Don’t go anywhere else! First of all, I hate car shopping. It’s such an overwhelming experience for me. However, this has been the best car shopping I’ve ever experienced. My friend has been purchasing vehicles from Rio Vista for years and introduced me to Oscar. From the moment I met Oscar, I knew I was in good hands. I was very specific on the vehicle I wanted and he hunted (and hunted and hunted) until he found it! The communication with Oscar was wonderful! A combination of calls, texts and emails. I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase or lease and he laid out all of my options for me, making it easier for me to decide. Working with Tyler in finance was awesome too! He informed me how to fill out the online application and kept me updated on the process. Due to it being the holidays, I wasn’t able to take time off work when my new Equinox was ready and Oscar delivered it to my office! Overall, the whole process was a breeze and I LOVE my new car!! I highly recommend all my friends and family to join the Rio Vista Family and I will never go anywhere else! More

Not once did he ever try to push a sale on me or make me feel pressured to buy a car. I explained to him I had a car in mind so we went and looked at it.
