I came in Kelly Nissan looked for a 2010 pre-owned Nissan Sentra I saw on there website. I was greeted by salesmen Oscar Santiago and showed me the car right away and took it for a test drive. He informed me Sentra I saw on there website. I was greeted by salesmen Oscar Santiago and showed me the car right away and took it for a test drive. He informed me that there was a special price going on for the featured car. He then told me the price was wonderful for a car with such low mileage, I agreed. We proceed with the car fax, perfect no accidents! I informed him I had a trade in as well. After checked my car he went beyond to accommodate me to get the right price so I could stay within my budget including my trade in. Then Oscar informed me I could take the car home that night after signing a couple of papers and leaving a check on hold. So I did I was excited to drive my new car home, I came back in the mourning with my check and a sigh of relief that i finally got the car I want with the perfect price. The customer service Oscar Santiago provided me with was professional, friendly, and very personable. He made me and my friend very comfortable with laughs while buying a car, never pushy.
