Oil change and inspection of brales front. My appointment for 2:30 pm on March 2nd and I was a little early they quickly took my key and invited me in. I ask for the tech to inspect the front b My appointment for 2:30 pm on March 2nd and I was a little early they quickly took my key and invited me in. I ask for the tech to inspect the front brakes and or steering for a vibration when braking issue and then I went to look at vehicles for a secondary vehicle upgrade. I was through with the sales department by 3:30 and my car was not ready and waiting until after 4:30 pm. I paid my bill at 4:47 at the cashier. Friendly Kia is very Friendly. I won't spend almost 3 hours like this again. I felt worn out. More

Friendly Kia definitely lived up to its name. They were friendly, courteous and informative. They had the car I wanted and were willing to do what it took to make it happen.
