Otto worked with us until we got what we wanted. First, we met Anthony Diaz. He was FRIENDLY and NO PRESSURE as we scoped out the inventory but didn’t find anything we liked. We came back another day First, we met Anthony Diaz. He was FRIENDLY and NO PRESSURE as we scoped out the inventory but didn’t find anything we liked. We came back another day and Anthony was off, so we met Otto Villalta. By this point, we knew what we wanted... The model, color and options. There were none on the lot but rather than pressuring us to buy something else, Otto worked with the Friendly Kia management to get just what we wanted. It took a couple weeks but he stuck by us, keeping us informed, until we had just what we asked for. He was friendly, HONEST, and HELPFUL from beginning to end, which was GREATLY appreciated. More
