My wife took my jeep in to get the clock spring fix, under warranty, I told Shannon my wife would be waiting. They were too worried about her dip she brought in to make the note that my wife would be wa under warranty, I told Shannon my wife would be waiting. Owen showed her to the waiting area then they left her sitting there for two hours. After 2 hours they came and told her they hadn't even started the repair. Owen was new and forgot to write it on the paper. Who is training the new kid? Why didn't they catch it? Why didn't Shannon note when I told her my wife would my wife would be waiting? More
