Hid problems the vehicle I purchased had and was very rude, did not even cover the cost of parts for the needed repairs, wheels were much more scuffed then led to believe had been covered up and was not rude, did not even cover the cost of parts for the needed repairs, wheels were much more scuffed then led to believe had been covered up and was not shown a large scratch and dent on the roof, Brandon was friendly but regardless I was given misinformation that the vehicle was in good running condition but had problems less than a single gas tank would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from these scam artists, having a difficult time getting my title sent aswell overall bad experience to say the least More

We are sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. The vehicle was inspected by 2 different service departments before purchasing, including the local Jaguar dealership. Nothing was found before purchase by either. You came from another state, drove the car and personally inspected and decided to purchase. At the time of delivery, you declined a vehicle service contract and signed an federal AS/IS Buyer's Guide. After delivery, you complained about your AS/IS purchase and a payment was made to assist you with the essential repairs. You did not purchase a new car or certified pre-owned vehicle. Titles are handled by the state.

Reputable dealers offers vehicle service contracts and assists customers when issues arise, even when those decisions cost the dealer money. Non reputable dealers would have made you aware of your decisions to not cover your vehicle and stated the sale was AS/IS. Customers like you are the reason many dealers decide not to assist customers when they have issues.
