I had not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and was not looking forward to the ordeal. I asked around and a good friend of mine, Rick Stephenson, told me to see PJ Adair at the Uftring Automall. Rick said that PJ would treat me right. It just so happens that one of my daughter's best friends, Stephanie Anderson, works at the Automall on Saturdays, and she knew that I did not like to go car shopping, or was not one prone to pressurized sales tactics. When I came in and met PJ for the 1st time, it was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely cordial, light hearted, and a no pressure tactic approach. He told me to take all the time I needed, which I did... 8 weeks in fact. But it was all worth it in the end. It may take me another 18 years to car shop, but when I do, I sure hope PJ is still around. More

An excellent purchase experience !! I purchased a 1965 Ford Galaxie XL from your dealership and was assisted by “PJ” Adair. I have purchased classic cars I the past but never online. I I purchased a 1965 Ford Galaxie XL from your dealership and was assisted by “PJ” Adair. I have purchased classic cars I the past but never online. I was administering NASBLA final exams and was unable to come out to Peoria to close the deal. PJ did a tremendous job in helping me with the transaction, answering my questions and discussing the history of the car. He even arranged an enclosed delivery of the car, something I wouldn’t have known where to begin arranging. He and Chris Craine also facilitated an exemption from local tax (I’ll pay it in Ohio but won’t have to pay twice) as well as a drive-away registration. All paperwork was done by FEDEX, fax and email promptly and efficiently. Mr. Craine also facilitated an efficient payment method. On delivery, my inspection showed the car was everything PJ and the others had represented. I drive in festival parades as a hobby and this car will be a real attention-getter. My thanks also to Beth Bradley, who promptly returned calls and put me in touch with PJ, and Heather, with whom I chatted with on your online chat option. Everyone I dealt with went over and above what a dealership normally is expected to perform. Thanks so much !! More
