Really disappointed with my service here. I feel like they saw someone with money and took advantage. I asked for a specific color and had the messages to prove it. And picked up the car at night where I could see the incorrect color was ordered. Pablo and the dealership have not offered any solutions but instead wiped their hands clean and said the deal is done. Under Colorado Uniform Commercial Code C.R.S. 4-2-601 et seq. A buyer is entitled to goods that conform to the agreed specifications. I was mislead into purchases a car I did not order. When spending such a large sum you would thing there would be a bit more customer service and care for mistakes made by the dealership. More

Pablo misrepresented the vehicle color, finalized the sale without disclosure, and then failed to respond to my concerns. He even texted me that there is ‘zero difference’ between the 2025 and 2026 model sale without disclosure, and then failed to respond to my concerns. He even texted me that there is ‘zero difference’ between the 2025 and 2026 models, despite knowing Cadillac never offered the color I requested on the 2025 model. He allowed me to believe I was receiving a configuration that literally did not exist, and disclosed nothing until after the paperwork locked me in — a fraudulent omission. More
