We were extremely satisfied with our experience with both Paij, Tyler and the entire Bennett team. We were unable to get to the dealership until late in the evening to pick up our new car and the staff was a Paij, Tyler and the entire Bennett team. The people were good to work with. Friendly staff. There was a significant delay in processing my order, which was mostly out of their control, due to a power failure in the building t Friendly staff. There was a significant delay in processing my order, which was mostly out of their control, due to a power failure in the building the day we arrived to take possession of the vehicle. We were alerted to this situation upfront, but were given a false impression of the wait time. A better option would have been to say that we are behind and if you wanted to go grab a bite to eat, we could have had a more realistic expectation of how long our wait would be. Several employees apologized for the delay, but a better response would have been appropriate. Otherwise, the transaction was smooth and ai am happy with the outcome. More
