I purchased a 2023 cadillac last week and still haven't received my second set of keys. Also, I haven't received the paperwork for the car. And when the car was delivered it had old torn floor mats. I’m extremely happy to have the opportunity to purchase my dream car. My salesperson was absolutely on her game and looking out for me. Without her keeping me informed on a vehicle the dealership got in, I would not have the car today. The only issue I had/have is the “mandatory” add-ons of $3300 added on to the MSRP. I had to accept and pay this if I wanted the car. I could have used that towards getting one of the Carbon Fiber packages, instead I left that option un checked and ultimately purchased the car.
