DO NOT TRUST Brought my car in for service- had my husbands FDNY plackard in the window that went MISSING. When I went back, it was handed to me with NO explanation. The absolute worst- no follow up- was told the manager would contact me and didn't- I had to track him down!!! Absolutely ridiculous - did I mention this was the day before 9/11- this is not my first bad experience with them but by far the worst! Called corporate and filed a police report- they damaged my husbads property with NO explanation- Never going back- you can't pay me to go back. More

Excellent!!! I actually live in the City (Manhattan) so I drive out of my way to get my car serviced here. Since my first visit, which took place because I had an I actually live in the City (Manhattan) so I drive out of my way to get my car serviced here. Since my first visit, which took place because I had an appt out there, I have been treated with courtesy and care. Pam specifically noticed something with my maintenance plan and informed me. This made a really big difference with the care for my car. She went above and beyond to help me and has totally gained my trust. They are always pleasant there. Very happy customer here! More

Go somewhere else Horrible after care. Service department attempts to say the right things but never actually produces. Bought a 2012 Nissan Murano in January 2012, h Horrible after care. I cannot be the only dissatisfied customer since there have been three changes in management since I bought the car as of January 2015. Have owned a Subaru and a Toyota and have had significantly better dealings with those companies. February 15, 2016 As I mentioned earlier, the service isn't particularly good. But after trying yet again to have something as simple as a New York State inspection (which of course, resulted in a problem.) I have come to the conclusion that Nissan, relative to Subaru and Toyota, just make crappy cars. More

Two New Nissan in Six Weeks We have purchased three Nissan vehicles in the past from White Plains Nissan, but were skeptical about visiting this dealership in July because it wa We have purchased three Nissan vehicles in the past from White Plains Nissan, but were skeptical about visiting this dealership in July because it was under new management. Fortunately, I was introduced to Nissan Product Specialist, Mahari Davis, by my trusted Service Specialist, Pam Ray, at the White Plains Nissan Service Center. Mahari took the initiative to meet with me at the Service Center, and provided knowledgeable product information as well as excellent follow-up throughout my purchase of PathFinder. Therefore, when it is time for us to shop for our second Nissan, we immediately work with Mahari again. The whole team (Mahari, Christ McGovern and Felix Camilo) made our second purchase even better- Felix clearly explained us how the trade-in value work and finalize our deal; Chris has made the paperwork process least painful. Mahari continues to follow up professionally after the sales to make sure we are happy with our Nissan purchases. It was an excellent experience. More
