Good Morning, My name is Stan Mankovsky. I would very much like to hear from you. I am the General Manger of White Plains Nissan and your experience is very important to me. Unfortunately because your name is not on this complaint I cannot see any records to see what happened. You do not have to deal with anyone but myself moving forward. As for the Mitaro days, we purchased the store from Mitaros in October of 2014, and to date have tripled the business in sales and service, and that is not due to bad experiences. As a matter of fact our Service CSI is by far the highest it has been at this store in the last 22 years. This is because we care and we do take care of our customers. Thanks for reaching out. Nothing to really talk about and I'm not interested in giving you my number, because then I get 10 calls from salespeople looking to get me in another Nissan, which is not happening. My post from 7/8 titled "continuing bad experience". Should tell you everything you need to know. I wanted a receipt because when I do return the car, IF the recalls weren't done (which I suspect), I can show them the receipt. It's just really bad business. The lease is up soon and I will do what I did with my last Nissan, trade it in to a Chevy dealer and get a good car and good service. I had five Nissan from WP and sold another four to friends, but that was during the Mitaro days. Those days are gone. Thanks
