Vehicle was ready at a pointed time. Accessory packages that should have been on the vehicle we’re not. Told us one would take 40 minutes to our on and then came back and said 3 hours. When I complained that should have been on the vehicle we’re not. Told us one would take 40 minutes to our on and then came back and said 3 hours. When I complained they told me I could void the sale and take my car back if I wanted instead. We finally got what we were supposed to have and spent over 4 hours at the dealership.
