Not only does he provide world class customer service but he has exceeded my expecta I’m blessed to have found Pat Lannon in the service department!!! Not only does he provide world class customer service but he has exceeded my expectations when it comes to servicing my Jeep Patriot. Mr. Lannon goes out of his way to listen, review your questions and requests and gets back with you so quickly. I’m in awe of his customer service skills. I trust his judgment on my vehicle and have asked him about purchasing a new in the distant future. I feel like part of the family when I bring my Patriot in for service. Don't get taken of advantage of here! I brought my car to Napleton's to have repairs done. They diagnosed it as the alternator, and fixed it under the extended warranty. I paid my $100 ded I brought my car to Napleton's to have repairs done. They diagnosed it as the alternator, and fixed it under the extended warranty. I paid my $100 deductible and got my car back a few days later. It was still having problems. I took it to the Cadillac dealership, and they alerted me that the alternator Napleton's put in was after market and not sufficient for the car. I have ended up getting yet another alternator and paying an additional deductible to have the problem fixed. This type of unscrupulous and deceptive practice needs to be reprimanded and properly handled by a responsible agency. More

Disappointed Worst dealership ever!!!! Bought a 2018 challenger, the finance guy rushed me through signing ppwk, never explained anything. They took forever!!! Had Worst dealership ever!!!! Bought a 2018 challenger, the finance guy rushed me through signing ppwk, never explained anything. They took forever!!! Had to go back 3 times because they didn’t have my second key, when I returned they said my trunk latch had a recall. Then went to fix it and said radio needs updating. The service dept takes forever!! With my previous challenger I made appt for an oil change and when I arrived they told me they were short staffed and wait was 3 hours. When I said i had an appointment they told me sorry. LAZY !!!! More
