I used to be very happy with Patriot and I took my car there for years. I even bought it there. But the last time I brought it in for something simple and they said it needed a new thermostat and everythi there for years. I even bought it there. But the last time I brought it in for something simple and they said it needed a new thermostat and everything so I spent $2,000. The next day 2 hours in my car totally broke down. Patriot took no responsibility and said it had nothing to do with what they did the previous day. Now I am in another $6,000 and have been without a car for 2 weeks. The service manager Chris said it wasn't their fault the general manager Pat said it wasn't their fault and treated my husband poorly! even though he never even saw my car or me, or had anything to do me or with the servicing of it.
