I went in to west county Volvo looking to get out of the money pit I was sold at an unreliable dealership (south county auto plaza). When I got to west county Volvo I was impressed with how fast I was greeted and paired with my guy Alan up there. He’s an amazing and understanding guy I was offered beverages and snacks he was connecting with me very well he is a awesome guy who wants to get you in your ideal car no matter your situation. I was fighting with banks for a loan for hours bc I’m young with no credit history and a 0 down payment, I had very slim hopes for getting the car I wanted( 2020 Honda civic sport). Alan ended up giving me awesome advice on what to do to get the loan. greatly enough today I was approved, signed the paperwork for my car and was able to get out of the horrible situation I was dealt with that bmw. This guy took well care of me and completely flipped my outlook on car salesman. Thank you Alan for your time and efforts your the man!!! More

My husband and I were looking for our first Volvo XC90 and eager to get our current vehicle traded in. We waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes before we went looking for him, he was with another customer and had forgotten about us. Cool. We left for Dean Team Volvo and met Pat at the door. He took the time to sit in the vehicle and explain the features, he answered our questions and listened to our specific requests. He didn't have a car that fit the list but he quickly located one at another dealership. Within three days he had the car claimed on our behalf and had it transported to the dealership. It was the easiest car buying experience of our lives - by far. Highly recommend that entire office - from sales to financing to service - nothing but the best. Skip the rest, go to Pat. More
