Great service from the minute that I pulled up to the door. The rep went over work order and said it would be about 90 minutes. Five stars to my service advisor Pasqualino because he is the best I have ever interfaced with. My overall rating for the dealership is lower because on the day following my service visit, when I started my the best I have ever interfaced with. My overall rating for the dealership is lower because on the day following my service visit, when I started my truck, there was an explosion under the hood followed by a cloud of black smoke. After determining that my truck was not on fire, I raised the hood and and observed that one of the battery caps had blown off. Battery health had been checked off as "ok" on the Multi-point Inspection Form. Coincidence?? The batteries in my first two Tundras each lasted more then ten (10) years each because I keep them fully charged with a "trickle". This one failed at six (6) years (probably average). The dealership had no replacement batteries in stock so I had to find an alternative replacement. More
