The new facility is super nice. But the lady that checked me in could have been nicer. When I asked her about what all was covered under my service contract she just started naming But the lady that checked me in could have been nicer. When I asked her about what all was covered under my service contract she just started naming off things that needed to be done at 15k. When I asked about how much was covered by my contract she said just $75 )ie oil change ) the rest including a FREE car wash would cost me around $194… When I said I only wanted what the contract covered.. her attitude changed to “whatever” towards me. At the time only Tanner and her were in the office and he was on the phone… or I would have asked him to help me. He is always nice. But when I came back to pick up my car it looked like managers were there so the lady was all too happy to help me then. Just saying she may need an attitude adjustment. More
