No-nonsense and low-pressure negotiations to agree on a price. High integrity on ensuring all necessary titling and registration and sales tax procedures were followed (since we were working with 2 states). Flexibility in working with me to line up shipping. But then it got even better when I decided to fly in and pick up the vehicle instead of shipping it. Pat, my sales person, drove 80 miles to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership, offered me lunch, filled the tank of the car, and ensured I was sent off safely on my way home. The team at Alan Jay is just top notch, and if you're honest with them, they will be likewise with you, and will treat you like royalty. You should have no hesitation about working with this team.
