This is the 2nd vehicle I've had over the last 13 yrs. PC Toyota has serviced them both. I don't know how they do it, but service quality, parts and everything else there is above first class. Brought my vehicle for routine maintenance and was told I needed some extra things replaced. I agreed to them because they were covered under warranty but then was told I did not have the extended warranty. needed some extra things replaced. I agreed to them because they were covered under warranty but then was told I did not have the extended warranty. I had to pay and then found the paperwork for the warranty when I got home. Then had to take time off work to bring the vehicle back in to fix the issue with getting a refund. It was just a hassle and headache especially when I was told I was wrong, when I actually had the warranty. Would not recommend the service department. And the service light was never turned off. More
