The car buying experience was fine. I liked Patricia, but we mostly got foisted off on Aaron Valenzuela and that was a little icky. He likes to talk a good game but follow through was meh. 10/10 did not care for him basically ignoring me because my husband was present. Particularly because we were buying a car for ME and since we are married we like to do things together as a team. I knew exactly what I needed and wanted so the flashy bs wasn't needed. Also order some leather seat LTs from the factory!! Using the 3rd party after market install 1. Felt super sketch but I will say they did a great job and 2. It was super inconvenient to wait 3 extra weeks for our car when I'm cramming 3 kids in car seats in the back of a sedan... yes it was a surprise to get my bonus son full time suddenly and yes they offered to have us drive it and make an appointment for the seats being switched to leather.... anyone who has ever installed car seats knows why we just wanted everything ready to go and finished. Yes it was worth it for ease of cleaning, but they make leather seats in the factory and our insurance agent had to change the info on the vin to match the addition of leather... just unnecessarily complicated for no reason. We absolutely love the car and are very happy with it. Hopefully next time I have more lead time and we can just order what we need or find a match in inventory now that that's becoming a thing again. As for the service side.... I had read reviews before visiting the dealer and knew we should not go with them for service by the reviews.... that said Aaron talked us into it and our experience so far is as follows: Our first oil change with our new car went well. I was in and out quickly. The second scheduled oil change I show up for my appointment and am told it will be 3.5hrs instead of the usual 2. So I reschedule for when the big kids will be in school and the earliest appointment they can get me thinking they won't be as backed up... wrongo apparently it is standard to double book? I've been here two hours (I was 15 minutes early to my appointment because I try to be on time) and the car service has not even been started yet. I asked if it was done because I noticed it was parked in a side lot. It took a good while to even speak with Vicente... he was unaware of the vehicles status and when I said it was parked in the side lot he said oh it must be done but let me do someone else's paperwork first. While waiting another employee kindly asked if they could help and tried to track down my paperwork and keys. Still waiting for my car to begin being serviced. We already paid for service when we bought our car and I hope it can be fulfilled in a professional manner. 0 stars to Vicente. Solid 5 stars to Ryan for trying to help. More
