In person, she was friendly, low pressure, knowledgeable and efficient. Faulkner didn't haggle like most dealerships...they were REASONABLE (how often can you say that about a car dealership). I got exactly the car I wanted, for less money than I expected, with less aggravation than I thought possible. Very satisfied. More

This was not the case here. My sister-in-law, who was buying the car,really wanted body molding to be a darker color than her car (silver), and Patty got molding a darker charcoal and had her look to make sure it was what she wanted before having it put onto the car. My sister-in-law was very happy with the result. More

Patty responded quickly to my original request for a qoute on a 2011 Toyota Prius and provided a very reasonable price. Onr visit and one phone call later provided a reasonable amount for my trade and we had a deal. Buying car in this manner is a pleasure compared to buying under the old frustrating method of haggling. This is the third car that I have bought from Faulkner Toyota usiing the internet qoute request method. I've tried this method with other dealers but have not been able to get reasonable quotes from those dealers. I'd like to thank Patty and Faulkner for making buying a new car much less stressful than it used to be. More
