Very focused on making a sale. Should be as focused on helping with customers needs and requests. Asked about a second key for my (CPO) purchase, was told there was only 1 key I co Should be as focused on helping with customers needs and requests. Asked about a second key for my (CPO) purchase, was told there was only 1 key I could purchase an other key from service. After inquiring with another assoc. They were able to get me a second key at no cost, opposed to the $300.00 I was told it would cost. Asked about an owners manual there wasn't one asked again because I wanted it. She spoke to some one and was able to obtain one for me. There was a 4 day wait on the car before I took delivery due to insurance adjustments to be made. She said that's ok that gives time to have your car cleaned up and get you a full tank of gas. I picked up my car Thursday drove down RT.6 and the low fuel light came on 2 miles out the door. Things like that are what make the difference between a great experience or not so great. Sales people need to dot there i's and cross there t's. Kind of unfortunate I didn't get that feeling. Luis in finance was helpful. The people I dealt with in service Getting my second key on 12/26 were very accommodating polite and helpful. So I guess there are pros and cons everywhere More
