For my first new car purchase, I was impressed at how easy the whole process went. My first contact was with Travis Bracato who deals with the online sales. Travis was very helpful and listened to what it was I wanted. He made suggestions but was never pushy. I actually ended up getting a different model than I had researched online but I couldn't be happier! Although I wasn't actively looking when Patricia called, I told her what I would like to have in my next car. I was surprised when Patricia not only found the exact car I wanted but thought I may not be able to afford, but she also met my finacial goals. The car and financing exceeded my expectations and that was largely due to Patricia's efforts and supplemented by Josh Shifflett and sales management. I am thoroughly enjoying this car in every way and couldn't be happier the way everything went. It took me back to the way car buying used to be and definitely a breath of fresh air for customer service in general.
