Three words CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE!! I started my car shopping journey roughly two weeks ago. I had went to several dealerships in Harrisonburg and honestly preferred other vans over the Hyundai Entourage I purchased, however, all the salespersons were EXTREMELY pushy. I appreciated the fact that Patricia was completely opposite!! I received a courtesy call two days after the initial test drive. She was not pushing the sale down my throat and calling everyday. She gave me the space and time we needed to make a decision about the purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the van. She was able to answer all questions I had. She was very polite and professional. I will recommend all my family and friends. Patricia Whitley is a great asset to Harrisonburg Hyundai! I have purchased several cars in the past, and this was a stress free experience and overall beyond my expectations. OVERALL PATRICIA WHITLEY IS GREAT!!!! More

Pat was wonderful. She explained things in the car I chose very carefully to me as I am not that bright when it comes to new technology in cars. The 1500 dollar rebate was also a big plus and including the money we put down on the car...really makes the monthly payments affordable. We bought the car on October 11, 2013 and I will definitely be back next time I need another car. Couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service and professionalism of everyone at Harrisonburg Hyundai. There is a sense of community among the employees where EVERYONE worked together to be welc and professionalism of everyone at Harrisonburg Hyundai. In other dealerships, I've observed the competitive nature of the sales people where they act like sharks... each wanting to get to the customer first. Not here. We bought our car from the whole team. They earned our trust (which we are very careful to give), gave us a VERY fair deal (which we researched thoroughly) and will recommend them to everyone we know. I conveniently found the car that I wanted online from the comfort of my home late one night.
