The job was done professionally & to my satisfaction. cristine is professional, courteous & explains what repairs your vehicle needs perfectly. They provided an Uber so I could get home & wait for my repairs to be done & even delivered my car to my home thank you Ron. I would recommend McGovern Ford of Beverly to anyone. Thank you Cristine for everything today it is much appreciated & I feel safer driving my car now. More

Christine was fantastic she hooked up delivery of my car to my house, thank you. It was fixed super quick too which was great, but the only thing they didn’t follow through with was cleaning the residual of to my house, thank you. It was fixed super quick too which was great, but the only thing they didn’t follow through with was cleaning the residual of tape on the door. I figured out how to clean it off so it’s all good. Maybe have loaner cars on hand the next time because although the fix was covered I still had to rent a car for two days at $175.00 So really it wasn’t a free fix! I know it doesn’t seem like a lot of money but it’s money that I don’t have for the inconvenience! More
