Great experience, fast and easy All of the staff I encountered while purchasing my new car were very friendly and helpful. No one tried to pressure me into buying a car that day or buying something that I didn't want to, such as accessories for my new car. The car salesmen/women are not paid commission so they are not trying to talk you into buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Once I decided to purchase a car the whole process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Overall, my recent purchase at Frank Kent Honda exceeded my expectations. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the past 25 years (both in California and Texas) and my Frank Kent experience ranks in the t my expectations. The main reason was the excellent customer service I received from Sheri Ballard. Sheri was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly during the entire process. I would highly recommend Sheri and Frank Kent Honda to any friends/associates interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

I was looking for a specific car. Sheri helped me greatly. She was very patient with me, as I took several months researching cars and waited for the perfect one. Every two weeks she would send the greatly. She was very patient with me, as I took several months researching cars and waited for the perfect one. Every two weeks she would send the new inventory listing and always asked if I was still searching or if I wanted her to take me off the mailing list as to not bother me if I had found one elsewhere. This shows care. When I got the latest inventory listing, there was the car I was waiting for. I emailed her and informed her I would be stopping by. She replied that she would be there and would love to help me. I arrived and was greeted right away. I asked for Sheri, and she came out and knew exactly which car I wanted to look at. We took it for a test drive and all the while she explained everything in detail. By the time we got back, I was ready to sign the paperwork. She worked quickly and diligently multitasking between myself and a customer who came from Houston that same day. I never felt that I was being neglected as she only disappeared when she was waiting on documents to be verified or to get the other customer started on their paperwork, checking on me each time she passed by. When it came time to finance the car, that is when Patrick took over. He worked so hard on getting me an awesome deal. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and taking the time to explain everything in simple terms and ensure that I understood what every document I was signing was for. I never felt rushed, and enjoyed the entire process. As we were finalizing the financing, Sheri took the car, had it filled with gas, had it washed, and was ready for me as soon as I stepped out of Patrick's office. She even gave me a free meal token, as it was nearing lunch-time, for the main showrooms restaurant. I've never heard of a dealership having a restaurant in the first place, or even offering food to customers. So extra kudos to Frank Kent's staff. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience when buying a car. This by far is my best ever, for anything. Thank you Frank Kent's staff for making this so easy and enjoyable for me. More

I went to frank kent Honda to purchase a used vehicle. However I wasn't able to get the vehicle I was originally wanting the frank kent team helped find me a great car at a great deal. She was great in dealing with me via internet. She was not over bearing and when I was ready...I just let her know. I knew what I wanted and so I was pretty fast when I was ready to close the deal. He saved me a lot in financing. I was already pre approved before I came, but he got me 3 points lower. Both were easy to work with. Both I would recommend. More
