More than 5 stars! If there was a rating higher than 5 stars it would go to Pellegrino. This is the 3rd Jeep I've personally bought there (2012 Liberty, 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited, 2020 Wrangler). This doesn't include family and other referrals I've sent their way and will continue to do so. Patrick Brown is a rockstar! He works hard to make sure the customer's needs are met and balanced with speed. This is the second car I've worked with Patrick on. He knows the vehicles. He hustles to make sure you don't sit there and wait even if they are busy. Ask for him! Everyone at the dealership is top-notch! Russ super professional and welcomed with a smile. Glenn was funny (maybe even without trying) and each time I walked through the door offered me a seat, water or anything he could do to make me feel more welcome. Brian and Valerie both handled their roles with speed and efficiency. The cashier was so efficient I didn't even have time to catch her name. Have never felt pressured or had that 'car salesman' oversell. I first went to Pellegrino after walking out of another local dealership who made an inappropriate comment about a female ability to drive a car with a manual transmission. Jared helped us that day 8 years ago. He's still there today which says something about the dealership when people stay around that long. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BUY A JEEP!! I highly recommend Pellegrino. More
