Bio/Hobbies: I have been in the auto industry for ten years. My hobby is work, and I love fast cars and anything with an engine. I enjoy the energy and day to day challenges of the dealership and ensuring that our customers receive the quality care they deserve. I spend my free time going to the park and gymnastics practice with my wife and two daughters.

Used Vehicle Retired fully disabled veteran and on Sept 11th I find ZERO honor in this dealership. Left a credit card YESTERDAY to BUY the car (was told it wasn't Retired fully disabled veteran and on Sept 11th I find ZERO honor in this dealership. Left a credit card YESTERDAY to BUY the car (was told it wasn't back from detailing yet) but AS THEY DROVE it up another person bought it (I live in Colorado so clearly didn't have this ADVANTAGE) Sadly, typical sales with NO HONOR money talked I lose EVEN though I gave my credit card YESTERDAY (10 Sep) I'm sure THEIR response will be " we had NO idea you left a PAYMENT the DAY BEFORE we sold it right out from under YOU due to " MONEY " talks and honor/integrity is DEAD" SO much for paying ANY tribute to veterans -- very sad especially from NORMALLY patriotic WV -- R/ LTC ZAGATA More

Dealership damaged my car Brought my outback in for service on December. The sign on the door to the service Bay said to pull up and door would open. Door didn't open and Jen Brought my outback in for service on December. The sign on the door to the service Bay said to pull up and door would open. Door didn't open and Jenkins employee on other side of door motioned me to keep pulling forward. Eventually I was right up on the door. At this point I put the car in park to go inside and have a Jenkins employee pull the car in. As I exited the vehicle, someone inside the dealership opened the door. The door caught our license plate holder ripping it out and scratching the bumper and grill. Jenkins maintains that it is our fault for hitting the door (which did not happen, only damage was to our car not the door) even though their employee motioned us closer. They then admitted that "yes, we motioned you forward," but still insisted it was my fault. They refused to acknowledge any fault even though the damage to my vehicle was minimal. I called Subaru of North America, and they seem much more willing to assist us then Jenkins does. I expected much more of the Jenkins'I am disappointed in their behavior over this. It just seemed petty, and I cannot see myself going back. More

Then we decided to come here and the service we received was excellent and I'll be in a new vehicle. The service we received from Travis Johnson was great. We will definitely be coming to this location when we need a new vehicle. More
