During inspection in October an issue with the shocks and leaking oil was discovered. Parts were ordered that day and told we would be contacted. Never received a call. My husband and I both called on multip leaking oil was discovered. Parts were ordered that day and told we would be contacted. Never received a call. My husband and I both called on multiple occasions and were unable to get ahold of anyone. In December when coming in for routine maintenance, I asked if these parts could be replaced while my vehicle was in service. There were no parts in store. Therefore, we had to make another appt to return. Was told the repair would only take a few hours and would have my vehicle back same day. When I brought my vehicle in they asked if I was dropping it off because they would not have told me originally it would be ready same day. More
