I bought 2 cars from there. The first one was great! The second one I only had for maybe a month & it started leaking oil very badly. Someone tried to cover up the oil leak with The first one was great! The second one I only had for maybe a month & it started leaking oil very badly. Someone tried to cover up the oil leak with some sealant so therefore it wasn't leaking when I bought it. Now I'm out of pocket thousands of dollars in repairs & I've only had the car less than a month. Will never go back to midtown Kia again More

My vehicle was experiencing a power loss issue while I was traveling from Tennessee to Oklahoma. Midtown Kia was willing to try to get my vehicle repaired before I left 1 week later. I had just had the ve was traveling from Tennessee to Oklahoma. Midtown Kia was willing to try to get my vehicle repaired before I left 1 week later. I had just had the vehicle repaired for the exact same issue a couple weeks earlier. Needless to say my patience might not have been as good as it should have been. Patrick was very patient, understanding and helpful and worked diligently to get the vehicle repaired for my 13 hour trip home and succeeded in getting the car repaired in time. I even received a phone call from him personally inquiring if I had made it home safely. His attitude toward the entire issue is an excellent example of what customer service should be. I thank him very much and Midtown Kia for the service they provided. Patrick was the difference between an ordinary experience at a dealership service center and true customer care. More
