I give the dealership four stars for the $2k market adjustment and for giving me such an extremely high interest rate (with a very good credit score-I got a better rate on a car I bought with no credit score at 19). I understand this is how dealerships work but ouch. Toyota should do better for its customers. Otherwise everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. It was very clean and bright and I have no complaints. More
