Obviously times are difficult in the auto world. But it is not an excuse for not understanding what is being sold. While I’m sure we will grow to love our RAV4, we did not get the car we thought we were b is not an excuse for not understanding what is being sold. The CarPlay feature does not work as we were told, it does not have remote start as we were told, we were told we could not get the floor mats and mud guards we wanted….but the next day they call us they have everything and bring the car in again. Just an overall frustrating experience. More

My Husband and I went Boch Toyota south on father's day. We left and was outside. While outside, Patrick was on way to his vehicle to go home , he stopped and ask us if he could with anything, that went a long way for us.
