I have been with Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Volkswagen since July 2012. I am from Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. I grew up on a farm and was in the Army National Guard for 8 years. I switched to service a few years ago, and couldn't be happier. I've enjoyed the challenge of learning the technical side of vehicles, as well as putting my customer experience skills to good use. I leased a Jeep Gr Cherokee I had the pleasure of leasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee from these guys back in October of 2019. I was served by Patrick D. and Ryan Arkens. We requested a car from a different Boucher dealer. They had it for is the vet next day! Patrick reviewed the car with us and asked us what we were looking for or needed in a vehicle. I have bought two cars there and use them for service work. Love their special lane where you can come for oil changes and minor things without an appointment. Staff is always friendly and I feel welcome work. Love their special lane where you can come for oil changes and minor things without an appointment.
