From start to finish, it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced—in the best way possible. My husband and I flew from Houston to Memphis, and Alex went above and beyond by personally driving 90 miles to pick us up from the Memphis airport. He even waited patiently at the bank for 45 minutes while we got a cashier’s check. Who does that these days? Alex does.
