I for one have had a crazy time with vehicles and bayrid has been there to help me. My wheel fell off right before I was going over the Memphis bridge. It was because I had my wheels balanced and brakes cha has been there to help me. My wheel fell off right before I was going over the Memphis bridge. It was because I had my wheels balanced and brakes changed about 2 weeks before I left.. They took full responsibility for it, even though the cameras show there technicians doing an excellent job of tightening the bolts. They 1st offered to replace my car with factory parts Or to stick me in a whole new vehicle. My salesman (Chris Crawford) was on top of things. He was very nice, he showed me all the features about my car, and he made sure I was happy to the absolute T, by texting means, and even friending me on Facebook.. My experience with bayrid and myself's men has been one of the best experiences ever. Thank you for all your help. Oh and I always have a absolute blast taking to Patrick, I'd call him a friend!
