My purchasing experience was one of the best I've had at a dealer. I flew in from out of town to finalize the purchase and my salesman (Patrick) had everything in order to get me on the road with my new Mac a dealer. I flew in from out of town to finalize the purchase and my salesman (Patrick) had everything in order to get me on the road with my new Mach-e. He made sure that the car was charged and cleaned when he handed me the keys. He also walked me through the Fordpass app and its features. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalism. The staff were wonderful and thorough. Would have been the icing on the cake if they offered to wash it. Was told they do not do that.
