Michelle, I am a little confused by the response that was given. I have multiple concerns and sure, service can get me the key, mats, and cargo net (even though I should have these already because my fiancee made an appointment to pick these up back in late May), not sure how they are going to help with the other customer service issues that I have experienced when doing business with Atlantic Chevrolet. How do we resolve the fact that I was never told about the $100 deductible on the extended warranty (should I charge Atlantic Chevrolet $100 each time I need to use the extended warrant), we were constantly re-directed to phone lines that the operator knew were dead ends, that the car was probably never certified as pre-owned because I am certain that an inspection was not done (not sure how a dealership can list a car as certified pre-owned without doing an inspection), and the carpeting continues to come out from underneath the door paneling. Mike I would not do business with your dealer ship. If this is the way you run a dealership you should be fired. Once things can go wrong 2x and this must be your practice to get people in the show room. Not only did I waste time driving to your show room but then I wasted time while your employes looked for vehicles that didn't exist.
