Woodhouse always manages to beat the price of other dealers. 2nd new explorer i bought from them. Aaron was great. I made a call on the way there he had it pulled up ready to go. With 8-year-old triplets and a 9-month-old baby in tow, we knew exactly what we were looking for — a Ford Expedition Max with a second-row bench, plus a few other specific needs. Aaron greeted us right away and took care of us from start to finish. He worked with his team to track down what we needed, and when it became clear there wasn’t one out there, they didn’t hesitate to help us place a custom order for a 2025 Expedition that same day. Just a few short months later, we got the call that our vehicle was ready. The whole process was seamless. Woodhouse made arranging everything so easy, from accessories to window tint, and before we knew it, we were driving home in our new ride. Buyer beware - resolved It is now the end of August and the issue has been resolved. My concern with the vehicle reached the sales manager Paul Adams and was resolved. During the repair of the vehicle my experience with the service staff was very positive. All people were friendly and helpful. They even provided a vehicle for us to use while we waited. Thank you Paul Adams and the service staff for restoring my confidence in your dealership. On the way home I noticed a dent in our new vans roofline that was missed on original inspection. I contacted the salesmen immediately the next morning. I was told "it is up to the customer to look over the vehicle before it leaves the lot". I accept responsibility for that but I don't believe a vehicle could make it through that dealership without someone noticing the dent. Wether it was negligence or deception no attempt has been made by Atchley to make it right. Shame on you Atchley! Buyer beware!!! More
