I had one of the most pleasant car buying experiences ever at Roberts Toyota. I've been buying cars for 50 years and Toyota Trucks for 37 years. Cory Southern, my salesperson, was great to deal with. A t ever at Roberts Toyota. I've been buying cars for 50 years and Toyota Trucks for 37 years. Cory Southern, my salesperson, was great to deal with. A true Gentleman that believes in his product, was patient, helpful, personable and such a pleasure to deal with. I am blessed to have met him. I drove about 90 miles to see a truck that I found on the internet and they made sure that I drove it home. I will be sure to contact Cory and Roberts Toyota when I'm ready to buy again. Definitely a 5 Star dealer, I'd rate them higher if I could! More

They added thousands of dollars on my buy via useless charge I have called and written reviews many times. At first they claimed to have no record of my purchase there. I spoke with the manager recently and he I have called and written reviews many times. At first they claimed to have no record of my purchase there. 9.9 out of 10 I HATE buying cars so I couldn't give them a 10 out of 10, but that's not their fault. This was actually a good experience. Richard was excellent and very knowledgeable. Great selection too. I never thought a dealer in Columbia Tennessee would have so many new Toyota's to choose from.
